After Hours Nurse Mgr (NM1) - Nursing Admin - Kempsey District Hospital - Perm Fulltime/Part Time

1. Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
2. High level operational / clinical management knowledge and skills in a relevant setting that demonstrate an ability to effectively coordinate unit / service activities.
3. Proven ability to provide strong leadership and sound decisions in times of emergency and the capacity to prioritise, make decisions and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
4. Demonstrated ability to ensure the human, physical and financial resources of the unit / service are managed, within a defined budget, to deliver safe and efficient health care.
5. High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
6. Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to use a variety of computer applications
7. High level leadership using contemporary change management methodologies and an understanding of current issues impacting on the nursing profession.
