- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Must be a registered advanced trainee with RACP and completed at least one year of Advanced Training in Infectious Diseases.
- Experience working in a hospital and participating in Antimicrobial stewardship and Infection Control Programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to training in Infectious Diseases and/or Public Health.
- Familiarity with major computer-aided communication and database tools.
- Interest and/or experience in research and/or teaching & interest in training in research methodology.
- Interest in training in clinical microbiology and/ or public health and/ or related discipline.
