About the role:
In this role, you'll form a close partnership with our Adult Survivor’s Clinical Coordinator, and collaborate with senior managers from Violence, Abuse & Neglect (VAN), Drug & Alcohol Clinical Services (DACS), and Mental Health. Building vital connections for our service, both internally and externally in Hunter New England, will be a key aspect of your mission. This role involves program leadership, governance, business planning, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the development of a sustainable model of care. The ASP Program Manager will join the Clinical Coordinator as part of the VAN network leadership team. Our team provides robust peer support for both Operational and Clinical programs. We also offer key Aboriginal leadership roles within Violence, Abuse & Neglect to provide cultural supervision. Formal and informal links to Mental Health and DACS leadership will be maintained due to the integrative aspects of this Program.
