Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated experience in the provision of high level administrative support in a high volume public health or corporate environment with proven ability to provide professional support to a senior manager in a high volume complex workplace.
  2. Proven organisational skills and ability to work with minimum supervision.
  3. Highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with demonstrated experience in the preparation of agendas, minute taking, and writing of reports, documents and complex correspondence accurately and clearly.
  4. Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
  5. Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment with the ability to delegate work as required.
  6. Demonstrated ability to interact & communicate effectively with all levels of staff and the general public.
  7. Ability to perform well under pressure and achieve timely delivery of set goals and deadlines.
  8. Demonstrated skill in the analyasis of complex issues, problem solving, formulating new approaches and implementing comprehensive change programs and improvement strategies, including the ability to develop and monitor outcomes
