About the Role
Royal Prince Alfred Hospital is a major metropolitan tertiary referral hospital and a principal provider of specialist healthcare. It remains one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities.
The Administrative Officer provides support to the management team and ensure that business processes are maintained within the timeframes and changing dynamics of the operating theatre environment.
This position will be working Monday to Thursday, 38 hours per week. Annual leave to be taken during Christmas/New Year unit closure.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience and competence in the use of MS Office, Surginet and other eHealth platforms.
- Advanced interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to problem solve and multi task.
- Experience in a busy workplace with competing demands and the ability to maintain accuracy in reliability in a high pressure work environment.
