  1. Demonstrated experience in providing executive administrative support, including the capacity to operate effectively with minimal supervision, exercise independent judgement, discretion and initiative and meet deadlines.
  2. Proven ability to effectively develop and implement administrative systems and processes to support the smooth functioning of a team including demonstrated knowledge of invoicing, procurement and contract management requirements
  3. High level written and verbal communication skills and ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with staff and key stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrated experience in problem solving and ability to respond, adapt and cope with changing priorities.
  5. Highly developed skills in using PC based software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook), SharePoint and network operations and electronic systems to complete work activities.
  6. Demonstrated experience in the preparation of project management documentation, reports and briefings.
  7. Demonstrated experience in the provision high level secretariat support to project meetings and committees, including preparation and appropriate distribution of documents such as agendas, minutes and supporting documents.
