Selection Criteria
- Excellent customer service skills with experience in a health related clerical position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including an ability to liaise with a range of health professionals
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task, meet busy schedules and work autonomously and within a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, be adaptable, flexible, and be willing to learn new tasks
- Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology
- IT competent including the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in Dictaphone transcription
