- Demonstrated experience undertaking administrative support roles and responsibilities including meeting minute taking in a Mental Health setting.
- Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in high pressure and high volume work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven effective interpersonal and communication skills including telephone communication.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including competent computer literacy using Microsoft Office software, Outlook, HealthRoster, AFM, iProcurement, OfficeMax, HPE electronic medical record and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and privacy issues in a health industry.
