What You'll be Doing
This position provides general administration services to Liverpool/ Fairfield Mental Health Services, maintains relevant office systems and a high quality customer focused service. The position links in with and supports other administrative positions located within the Mental Health Services, both inpatient and outpatient units.

  1. Experience in reception duties and in providing a high quality administrative support in a community based organisation or health/medical facility.
  2. Demonstrated ability to communicate respectfully and openly at a high level, both in verbal and written communication.
  3. Ability to compose documents to draft stage including taking accurate meeting minutes and drafting general correspondence.
  4. Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently with time constraints.
  5. Proficient computer and typing skills and demonstrated ability to use and learn relevant computer programs.
  6. Understanding of confidentiality and privacy issues.
  7. Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service within a team environment.
  8. Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
