  1. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise work activities to achieve work outcomes
  2. Demonstrated attention to detail with a very high level of accuracy when working with a range of computer systems and processes
  3. Demonstrated listening, and questioning skills applied to a customer service environment
  4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member to achieve quality service outcomes
  5. Previous experience in using, or willing to learn, eMR or similar systems as well as general computer systems
  6. Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of customers at various levels both verbally and in writing
