Do you enjoy working within a team and helping others? We are looking for a friendly, experienced, flexible and motivated Administration Officer to join our team providing administrative support across our service. 

The position is to provide a high range of administrative, customer service and clerical support to the Euroa Centre of the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service to assist staff in achieving their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.

The position is primarily based at Prince of Wales Hospital. However travel across the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service to assist with vacancies and leave relief may at times be required, as directed by the Administration Manager.

Selection Criteria: 

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the below questions as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding workload
  2. Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment
  3. High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  4. Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures
  5. High level skills in Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc)
  6. Customer focused team player and willingness and ability to contribute to the overall performance and improvement of the Service's administrative support
  7. Use of HealthRoster, Oracle, ROB, WINC, FINSBURY, eMR, iPM and AFM, with willingness to learn other programs as required of the role.
