About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and capable Administration Officer to join our forward-thinking virtual care team.

- Manage diary bookings, travel arrangements, documentation, meeting prep, and KPI reporting
- Liaise with GP practices and external stakeholders across the Hunter New England region
- Onboard patients from the waitlist and coordinate program communications
- Provide logistical and administrative support for education events and clinic delivery
- Work closely with the program’s Implementation Manager and fellow administration officers
What You’ll Bring
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Experienced in administrative roles, ideally within healthcare or community programs
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging internal and external stakeholders
- Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office, virtual care platforms (e.g. HealthDirect), and adaptable to new systems
- Ability to work autonomously and troubleshoot issues in a virtual setting
- Experience is valued, but team fit is paramount. If you’re personable, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, we want to hear from you.
Support and Development
You’ll be supported day-to-day by our Implementation Manager and experienced administration team.
You’ll also have access to continuous professional development through HNE My Health Learning, HETI, and relevant training pathways to grow your capability in the health sector.
