Remuneration: $68,338.79 - $70,468.72 per annum + 11.5% Superannuation
Hours Per Week: 38 (Jobshare may be considered for part time hours)

Westmead Hospital, one of Australia’s largest teaching hospitals, is a leading provider of specialised care, education, and research. Within it, the Crown Princess Mary Cancer Centre completed in 2007. Our specialised Cancer care centre delivers comprehensive, multidisciplinary cancer services and oncology trials to the Western Sydney community and beyond.

What you'll be doing
Provide efficient administrative support at the Crown Princess Mary Cancer Centre, Westmead Hospital, assisting in the coordination of key services and ensuring smooth daily operations.
In this role you will supporting the team by:
Delivering high-level administrative support to clinical teams
Assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting the smooth functioning of departmental activities

Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated previous experience working in a medical practice/clinic.
Excellent computer skills including demonstrated use of software packages i.e. MS Office, iPM, Oracle, billing and data entry.
Good administrative skills including medical typing, sending emails, photocopying, filing and faxing.
Ability to prioritise including high degree of organisational ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication and a friendly and helpful attitude.
Demonstrated awareness of the principles of confidentiality applicable to this role.
Demonstrated ability to job-share and work within a large team.
