We’re looking for a proactive and friendly individual to join our busy Maternity Outpatient Clinic. This is a rewarding front-line position where you’ll play a key role in supporting clinicians behind the scenes to deliver antenatal services to the local community.


What you do:

As the welcoming face of our clinic, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality reception and customer service to patients and visitors
  • Provide essential administrative support to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians
  • Handle phone and email enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Use internal systems (full training provided) for accurate record-keeping and appointment scheduling
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to ensure smooth clinical operations

Based in the Moree Community Health Clinic, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to contribute to meaningful healthcare services.
