Administration Officer

Mental Health Drug & Alcohol – Bloomfield Campus

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Administration Officer to support our busy and dedicated multidisciplinary teams at MHDA Bloomfield Campus.

As the first point of contact for patients, staff, and visitors, you’ll provide high-quality customer service both in person and over the phone. Your friendly and professional approach will help create a welcoming environment for all.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in the smooth daily operations of our unit/s by delivering essential administrative and operational support. Flexibility is important, as you'll work across locations and tasks to meet the needs of the service.

This is a dynamic and rewarding position, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working as part of a team, and can confidently juggle competing priorities.

If you’re ready to bring your organisational skills, adaptability, and positive attitude to a role that directly supports patient care and staff success—we’d love to hear from you!
