Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business management, economics or related discipline or other relevant experience. New graduates, or those still working towards suitable qualifications will be considered.
- Good oral and written communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills are required. Ability to help non-financial staff to understand their costs and resources to assist them in managing the resources for which they are responsible.
- A capacity for lateral thinking, creativity and innovation in the performance of work.
- Ability to undertake good quality financial analysis using various analytical and/or statistical techniques.
- Ability to maintain accuracy of data and reporting of financial and other business information.
- Sound computer skills in Microsoft applications, eg Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
