ACAT Assessor
- Relevant tertiary qualifications as per clinical discipline (nursing, occupational therapy, social work, physiotherapy), with full AHPRA registration or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Work. Current NSW drivers licence.
- Proven high standard of written and verbal communication skills. Able to demonstrate ability to manage allocated workload within set time frames whilst still maintaining high standards of client engagement and written reports. Can also demonstrate strong skills with e learning sites, use of Microsoft office programs, electronic medical records
- Demonstrated discipline specific clinical experience working in relevant aged care setting and proven ability to undertake comprehensive assessments and formulate, and implement appropriate care plans for older people.
- Proven clinical skills in the assessment of dementia and other age related diseases and an excellent working knowledge of the current aged care system and services.

All NSW Health workers are required to have two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine, as defined by NSW Health. Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate.
