About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Aboriginal Health Practitioner to join our skilled and supportive team. As the Aboriginal Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for the provision of high quality, culturally comprehensive services to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes for Aboriginal patients.
