Opportunities exist on General Medical and Surgical wards, Acute Geriatrics and Rehabilitation. Some opportunities also exist in the Emergency Department and Operating Theatres for experienced Enrolled Nurses. With the current redevelopment of Shoalhaven Hospital more exciting opportunities are on the way so now is the time to begin your career with us.

For those interested in a variety of work environments we also have vacant positions on our Permanent Relief Pool. The PRP provides opportunity for permanent hours with the benefit of flexible work hours across all wards and departments.

About our hospital

The Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital is part of the Shoalhaven Hospital Group based in the beautiful Shoalhaven region of the NSW South Coast.

Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital is a busy acute care facility with approximately 200 beds offering medical and surgical care, emergency medicine, intensive care, perioperative services, maternity and paediatrics, rehabilitation, acute stroke and aged care. Redevelopment of Shoalhaven Hospital is currently underway and will see a significant increase in both hospital size and increase in local services for our community.
