We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Clinical Support Officer (CSO) to join our dynamic Emergency Department team. The CSO will be responsible for providing timely and accurate administrative and transactional support to healthcare professionals on their designated ward/unit.

This role operates under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Unit Manager (NUM) and involves working independently within established work practices and procedures.

While the CSO works under broad supervision, there is ample opportunity to exercise initiative in day-to-day tasks. This role plays a key part in supporting the efficient functioning of the department, while larger decisions related to the overall management and operation of the unit remain the responsibility of the NUM.

If you are highly organized, motivated, and able to handle a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position in our Emergency Department.
