About the Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to provide advice and support to managers and staff across all areas of workforce management, to facilitate and deliver seamless recruitment and selection services, and drive effective implementation of workforce policies, projects and initiatives. You will play a critical role in delivering operational workforce services that support the vision of Sydney Local Health District, our CORE values and our commitment to Patient and Family Centred Care.

Ideal Candidate

  • Tertiary qualifications in the discipline of business, human resources, organisation development or other relevant area and/or experience delivering the full breadth of operational human resources services within a busy service delivery environment.
  • Experience interpreting and applying award and policy frameworks in the provision of services and advice to managers and staff.
