About the Opportunity
Join South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD) as a Transforming Your Experience Coach in driving a culture of high reliability and safety. In this role, you will collaborate with clinical governance, education, and organisational development teams to embed improvement initiatives across the district.
You will provide coaching, training, and strategic support to executive teams, ensuring the sustainability of Transforming Your Experience. Your expertise will help shape patient experience, facilitate change education, and enhance the My Experience Matters portal to meet evolving needs.

What You'll be Doing
This position will provide project management coaching and mentoring support to staff at facilities and services to promote culture improvement. The position will support leaders at all levels of the organisation to develop a full understanding of Safety Essentials strategies and Transforming Your Experience and support the ongoing sustainability of Transforming Your Experience. Staff experience is a significant component of Transforming Your Experience and offers valuable tools and insights that can help inform and support staff experience initiatives. The Transforming Your Experience coaches support and guide teams to achieve their full potential and motivate to continue to sustain Transforming Your Experience in their roles.
