About the role:

Are you passionate about transforming healthcare education and improving patient outcomes? The Hunter New England Simulation Centre is on the hunt for a Simulation Program Manager who will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based simulation programs across our region.

You will:

  • Innovate & Lead: Collaborate with expert faculty and healthcare professionals to design, implement, and evaluate cutting-edge simulation curricula.
  • Drive Excellence: Support professional development for instructors and lead initiatives that enhance simulation-based learning.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated professional with:

  • Expertise in simulation-based learning.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
  • A passion for healthcare education and quality improvement.

 
You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing guidance from our skilled and passionate team!

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or substantial experience in a health-related field (e.g., Nursing, Allied Health, Medical)
  • NSW driver’s license

 
Additional Information:
 

  • To be eligible for employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to live and work in Australia. Employment of a temporary visa holder will only be offered in line with the conditions and expiry date of your visa. 
  • An eligibility list will be created for future temporary full or part time vacancies.
  • This position is full time; however, part time arrangements will be considered (minimum 4 days per week)
  • We are unable to accommodate visa sponsorship for applicants requiring a visa for this position.
