- Tertiary qualifications in a health related discipline (e.g. science, nursing, data management) or similar experience such as project management in the pharmaceutical, medical device or biotechnology industries, or a combination of both.
- Experience conducting clinical trials with demonstrated experience preparing ethics applications, Site Specific Assessment applications and research governance, trial budgets and trial contracts.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving and organisational skills.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise, manage competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate and complete documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively as a member of a team.
