Where you'll be working
What you'll be doing
Provide high-level speciality support for the management of fleet and carparking arrangements across SESLHD. The role will maintain oversight of car park contracts (where applicable) to ensure effective, efficient and safe management of car parks. The role be required to facilitate delivery of quality, cost effective services and the achievement of business and service objectives with a focus on standardisation and governance. Within the function, the role will also contribute to and support program and projects where there are linkages with fleet and sustainability initiatives.

Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in corporate and/or health services management or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills with a strong customer service approach.
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem-solving skills that lead to the development of innovative solutions to meet workplace needs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to provide input, interpret, monitor, and evaluate policies, procedures and standards.
- Demonstrated experience in program and/or project management or support.
- Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
