- Demonstrated experience in complex network environments, conducting network operations and fault diagnosis tasks and detailed knowledge of TCP/IP and LAN / WAN routing and switching protocols
- Demonstrated competence in configuration and implementation of Cisco switches and routers and experience in design and implementation of security systems including Cisco ASA Firewalls, Cisco IOS ISE, Access Lists and IPSEC based VPNs
- Strong knowledge of Layer 2, 3, and 4 Cisco Switching implementations and experience in the operation of network analysis equipment with the ability to interpret packet traces to assist in fault diagnoses and resolution
