About the Opportunity
Campbelltown hospital is looking to recruit a senior radiographer to lead our vibrant ED Medical Imaging (ED MI) team. This role is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced radiographer to shape the department for future growth.
Medical Imaging has undergone recent redevelopment and expanded its services into the emergency department. The ED MI department is a 24hr service in the heart of ED and has CT, XR and US facilities.
Applicants require experience in advanced imaging techniques, leadership, radiographer training, and quality improvement.
What You'll be Doing
The position is responsible for providing comprehensive ED Radiology service, coordinate imaging service and ensuring high quality of patient care.
The position works within a multi-disciplinary team in Emergency department to provide accurate and demanding priorities imaging services and other services across Camden and Campbelltown Hospital.

- Current Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA) - Medical Radiation Practitioner registration with a Current NSW EPA Radiation license, Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Diagnostic Radiographer) or relevant health qualification and Post Graduate Qualification equivalent post graduate Diploma / Masters degree in an area of relevance to their position or more than 3 years’ experience in a number of imaging such as CT and General Radiography.
