Senior Compliance and Risk Advisor - SESLHD



What You'll Be Doing:
The vision for South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is ‘exceptional care, healthier lives’. The position provides high-level specialty support to promote and manage the Security Improvement Audit Tool (SIAT), helping ensure operational security compliance is delivered effectively and efficiently across SESLHD. The role supports broader business, risk management and service objectives across the District.

Selection Criteria:

  1. Tertiary qualification in risk management, Work Health Safety (WHS), business or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
  2. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills with a strong customer service approach.
  3. Demonstrated extensive experience and skills in leading and conducting safety incident investigations and administration of compliance and risk.
  4. Demonstrated high level analytical and problem-solving skills that lead to the development of innovative solutions to meet workplace needs.
  5. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationship with senior management and other key stakeholders.
  6. Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
  7. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite and online records management systems.
