To cover business working hours during the evening Monday to Friday specifically from times: 4:30pm to 8:30pm.

What you'll be doing
To provide excellent customer service to all patients and their families as the first point of contact for the Sydney Children's Hospital, Randwick. The Enquiries Clerk is responsible for updating the patient administration system, directing patient enquiries both in person and on the telephone and assisting admissions office staff to ensure smooth patient admission processes.
  1. Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment
  2. Experience in handling telephone enquiries of a sensitive nature
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads and use initiative
  5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  6. Ability to communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team as well as with patients, visitors and their families
  7. Computer literacy (with accurate keyboard/data entry skills) and attention to detail
  8. Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment
