  1. Tertiary allied health qualifications, current health professional registration with AHPRA where appropriate
  2. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills
  3. Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, set priorities and develop solution in collaboration with stakeholders in complex situations
  4. Evidence of excellent negotiation, decision-making and advocacy skills including abilities to effectively build and maintain professional relationships and interact collaboratively with stakeholders, through all organisational levels
  5. Demonstrated understanding of issues for allied health professionals working with children and young people in a variety of settings
  6. Demonstrated ability to apply and share professional expertise to work and develop allied health education to enhance best practice
  7. Commitment to evidence informed practice, quality improvement, research and adult learning principles
