The Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner is responsible for providing a high level of leadership, direction and support in safety and wellbeing to a portfolio of clients at regional health facilities. The position will focus on ensuring that the organisation recognises the importance of the cultural aspects of safety, employee wellbeing as well as ensuring proactive regulatory and statutory compliance to achieve strategic objectives.
In collaboration with the Workplace Rehabilitation Unit, the position is also responsible for providing advice and support in ensuring early intervention and injury management principles are applied
