We’re looking for a visionary and results-driven Service Manager to lead the delivery of acute and community-based healthcare across our New England Northwest district. This is your opportunity to champion innovation, elevate patient outcomes, and lead transformation in some of NSW’s most vital regional and rural health services.

 

The Role: Make an Impact Where It Matters Most
As Service Manager, you’ll:

  • Oversee the operational management of multiple health facilities, including District and Community Hospitals and Multipurpose Services
  • Drive system-level improvements to deliver timely, high-quality, and patient-centred care
  • Build strong partnerships across clinical and community settings
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams with purpose, clarity, and compassion
  • Help our vision of Connected Care, Healthier Communities by enhancing care integration across acute, residential, primary, and community services

About You
You're a strategic leader with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline and/or recent experience managing frontline health services
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proven track record in transformational leadership and leading through change
  • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of ABF, workforce strategy, clinical governance, and the broader Australian healthcare system
  • The ability to inspire teams, resolve complex challenges, and build a strong culture of continuous improvement
