Remuneration: $76,852.77 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation

The Opportunity
HealthShare NSW is seeking an Relay Team Leader to oversee daily operations of the DeliverEASE Relay Team, ensuring all activities meet DeliverEASE standards. This role involves collaborating with Local Health Districts (LHDs) and hospital wards to improve the availability and visibility of medical consumables, as well as supporting the redesign of hospital dock areas for efficient service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience with clinical/medical consumables and a proven ability to lead a small team in a complex environment. Strong problem-solving, organisational, and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing stocktakes, reorganisation of storerooms, and ensuring compliance with DeliverEASE standards while driving service improvements.
