The Role
Are you an energetic and detail oriented professional with a passion for people and process? We’re looking for a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our high-performing Recruitment & Talent team and help us shape the future workforce of our organisation.
In this vital role, you’ll support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and interview coordination to candidate communication and system management. Your focus on providing a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers will make you a key driver of our talent strategy.
We’re after someone who is not only organised and proactive, but also thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll bring strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to juggle competing priorities with professionalism and efficiency. Previous recruitment experience is desirable (also NSW Health policy knowledge and ROB experience), but we also welcome candidates with transferable skills and a genuine enthusiasm to grow in the recruitment space.
