An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced Radiographer in a temporary full-time position. This role focuses on delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services within the Medical Imaging Department at Hornsby Ku-Ring-Gai Hospital.

Hornsby Hospital Medical Imaging Department

What you'll be doing
The provision of a high quality screening Radiography service to the eligible population. 



People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.


Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Current Registration with AHPRA MRPBA. Current NSW EPA radiation licence. High levels of competency in General Imaging, Mobile and Theatre examinations, and CT examinations as an independent practitioner. Minimum of Level 2 experience.
  2. Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  3. Physical ability to perform radiographic and normal associated tasks.
  4. Professional manner and ability to accept responsibility and problem-solve.
  5. Evidence of 'life-long learning' through post-graduate education or other further education.
  6. Awareness of relevant NSW Health policies; e.g. EEO, ethical and privacy principles, patient confidentiality etc.
