This full-time role, based primarily at Eastern Campus, Liverpool Hospital, offers flexible work arrangements and occasional travel across SWSLHD sites. Part-time options may also be considered for the right candidate. Step into a position where your impact will be both visible and lasting.
What You'll be Doing
The position provides a leadership, co-ordination and a service development role, for strategic initiatives across the South Western Sydney Local Health District. The Project Manager will be able to lead in proactive programs of change including prioritised projects in many fields from clinically based, technical and finance to improve Patient care.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health related discipline or equivalent work experience with demonstrated project management experience and a record of achievement.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex strategic projects within a health or related service environment.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data, feedback, evidence and policy and translate into strategies and recommendations.
- Ability to analyse and address complex problems, influence and lead change within a complex health environment.
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
