About the opportunity

Being part of this team will allow you to provide high level of specialised strategic advice, consultation, facilitation and coaching in learning and development and organisational culture improvement.

We operate more than 60 laboratories and around 200 collection centres across NSW and conduct over 60 million tests per annum. Our Forensic & Analytical Science Service provides independent, objective analysis to the NSW criminal and coronial justice systems.

What you'll be doing

The Organisational Development Consultant is responsible for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning and development, talent and succession, culture and diversity initiatives inline with NSW Health Pathology People Strategy.

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience in Organisational Development, Adult learning, or other relevant discipline.
  2. Minimum of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or working towards the same.
  3. Demonstrated capacity to adopt and model the NSWHP RITE values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence.
  4. Extensive experience in preparing and/or delivering training material, presentations, correspondence and promotional material, as well as demonstrated high level written and oral communication skills.
  5. Experience in facilitation and coaching skills including the facilitation of training programs to improve capability development and workplace culture.
  6. Demonstrated high level interpersonal and influencing skills and a strong client service approach to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
  7. Excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
  8. Current NSW driver's license and willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the role.
