The Role
The Operations Manager Speciality Services, Primary Care is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of General Practitioners (GP) and other Specialty Medical Services, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Consultants, Clinical Nurse Specialists and Midwives within the Primary Care clinical directorate. The position will provide high level operational support and leadership as well as ensuring the development and maintenance of relevant policies, procedures and protocols relating to Primary Care. The position will also be required to lead and manage a variety of Primary Care projects.
