The Role
The Operations Manager D&A is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of clinical stream performance monitoring and the Connections program. The role provides high level clinical support and leadership to ensure the development and maintenance of policies, procedures and protocols pertaining to D&A. The position is required to lead and manage a variety of D&A projects, such as health system reform for staff and patients, and service expansion and performance evaluation activities. The Operations Manager D&A works closely with the Service and Clinical Directors to ensure D&A Services are efficient; effective, and streamlined in their service delivery and reporting capability, consistent with organisational values
