What you'll be doing
Partnering with the Division of Surgery and Anaesthesia (DoSA) Clinical Director and Divisional Nurse Manager on the delivery of contemporary, multi-disciplinary models of care and developing sustainable services within DoSA to deliver on budget, revenue and activity targets.
This position is a senior management position within the RNSH Executive and has primary responsibility for the operational management of DoSA departments.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a clinical or health related management field or relevant extensive experience with Superior financial capability with extensive evidence of ability to link clinical and financial objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating budget levels within an environment faced with limited resources and increasing activity pressures in a large, complex organisation to achieve targets
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership as part of the Executive team and ability to work in an Executive team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve problems using strategic and innovative solutions to financial and operational challenges within the public sector context.
