About the role:
This part-time opportunity (until June 2027) is ideal for a motivated Occupational Therapist who’s ready to make a real impact. You'll provide in-home assessments and interventions for clients supported under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), helping older people remain safe and independent in their homes. Your days will be varied—visiting clients, collaborating with a dynamic multidisciplinary team, supporting families and carers, and contributing to ongoing service improvement. Clinical supervision and support are tailored to your level of experience, and you'll be part of an innovative, caring team committed to person-centred care and professional growth.

About you:
You bring experience in aged care and a passion for community health. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to share your expertise while continuing to learn. You’re confident in delivering holistic, person-centred Occupational Therapy services and value the importance of working closely with clients, families, carers and your broader team to ensure the best outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Occupational Therapist with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA
  • Unrestricted driver’s licence and the willingness to travel across the Lower Mid North coast area during work hours.
