We are currently seeking an experienced Nursing Unit Manager to join us in Endoscopy and Bronchoscopy

You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. Our facilities and services are world class, and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring.
The RPA Hospital Endoscopy Unit, Nursing Unit Manager, requires a combination of leadership skills, clinical knowledge, staff management, and problem-solving. The role oversees the daily operations of the unit, ensure high-quality care, and maintain a supportive environment for both staff and patients. The role demands resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to meet the ongoing challenges of a high-pressure healthcare environment.

Ideal candidate
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, problem solving and performance management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Holds or working towards relevant post graduate qualification or work experience equivalent
