Nurse Manager - Inventory Manager
What you will bring to the role
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Relevant Tertiary qualifications or work experience deemed appropriate including demonstrated advanced clinical product and prosthetic devices knowledge as well as clinical knowledge in Operating Theatre or Critical Care.
- Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
- High level written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, cost benefit analysis and advanced computer literacy in the MS Office Suite, Oracle, email and internet use.
- Experience of purchasing and driving procurement savings/benefits within the public sector, including detailed knowledge of NSW Government purchasing policies and agencies
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills including the capacity to lead change initiatives.
- Organisational skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, the ability to work autonomously and as a team member.
- High level analytical and conceptual skills, including the ability to formulate strategies for procurement and engagement of professional service providers within a complex service delivery environment.
- Current Drivers Licence and ability to travel within the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District
