About Your Role

The Nurse Manager is responsible for the day to day operational management of nursing and other clinical and non-clinical support services at the facility level to provide safe compassionate person centred care through the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve safe quality care outcomes that meet the goals of the individual at the facility.
