What you'll be doing
Provide an effective and efficient secretarial and administration support services for the Magistrates Early Referral into Treatment program, primarily within the Planning, Performance and Partnerships and as directed by the the MERIT Team Leader and District Manager. 


Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the provision of efficient administrative procedures and secretarial support.
  2. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within and across diverse work teams to support effective coordination of work.
  3. Demonstrated ability to interpret client/customer needs and is sensitive to the differences in the needs of individuals.
  4. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results to meet deadlines.
  5. Demonstrated ability in the coordination and organisation of department activities.
  6. Demonstrated ability to use a wide range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems to complete work activities.
  7. Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.

This is a Category ‘B’ position, please read and understand NSW Health policy directive PD2024_015
All new employees must agree to comply with the requirements outlined in this policy. OASV requirements also include proof of vaccination against influenza and is compulsory for NSW Staff that enter any Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) or who work in NSW Health owned and operated RACFs
