Where you'll be working

You will be based at District Mental Health Offices at Kogarah , with travel to other SESLHD MHS sites

Selection criteria:

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health Management or relevant equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge and appreciation of the processes of Medical Workforce and Recruitment.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in performing a range of management and administrative tasks within allocated timeframe.
  4. Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with key stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare briefings and reports for the Clinical Director.
  6. Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt work practices to meet current and emerging business needs.
  7. Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
