We are looking for a dedicated Medical Officer Coordinator to join our team and support Junior Medical Officers (JMOs) during their 10-week rotations
The Impact You Will Have
In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will take the lead in managing key administrative functions while ensuring the wellbeing and development of JMOs throughout their rotation.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular welfare check-ins
- Managing rosters, accommodation, and sick leave
- Coordinating and circulating education dates and updates
- Attending to JMO needs and providing ongoing support
- Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Excels in time management while handling conflicting demands efficiently
- Shows initiative and works well independently
- Is highly organised and can manage complex rosters
- Has knowledge of medical awards and employment conditions
- Brings strong interpersonal skills who builds rapport with ease
You will receive hands-on training and be linked into programs to ensure your success in the role.
