The Manager Family and Carer Experience – Forensic Mental Health is a senior, Tier 4 management role in the System Reform section within the Forensic Mental Health directorate. The role’s key function is transfer family/carer experience, knowledge, and collective values and principles to practice through the development and implementation of frameworks, strategy, and policy that ensure the experiences and perspectives of families and carers are clearly embedded to improve and inform service delivery and family-inclusive care.

This position will also support the development of systems, processes and programs to enhance family/carer involvement in patient care delivery and meet legislative requirements to consult with designated carers/principal care providers.
