The Opportunity
HealthShare NSW has an exciting opportunity available for an Aboriginal Workforce Manager. This is an identified Aboriginal Position, and applicants must be of Aboriginal descent.
In this position, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of strategic objectives, programs and initiatives to increase HealthShare NSW’s employment and retention of Aboriginal peoples, and strengthen the cultural capacity of managers and employees across HealthShare NSW.
We are looking for candidates who are strong communicators and demonstrate collaborative leadership skills, with experience in developing and implementing Aboriginal workplace culture initiatives and workforce employment programs. You will have a proven ability to liaise effectively with diverse groups, drawing upon your excellent interpersonal skills, whilst continuing to foster a performance-based and customer-focused work culture.
