We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to support SESLHD as a Manager - Aboriginal Workforce . You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and overseeing programs to recruit, support, and retain Aboriginal talent at all levels of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
The Manager Aboriginal Workforce will be responsible for working collaboratively with service providers across the district with the aim to attract, recruit and retain Aboriginal people into South Eastern Sydney Local Health District.
The Manager Aboriginal Workforce will support SESLHD strategic direction by providing leadership in the development, implementation and evaluation of Aboriginal workforce initiatives with a focus on increasing SESLHD’s Aboriginal workforce.
The Manager Aboriginal Workforce will contribute to Aboriginal Health service planning through the development and continuous review of strategies, programs, and projects to effect change in increasing and supporting the Aboriginal workforce.
Where you'll be working
You will be working in an all Aboriginal team within the Aboriginal Health Directorate, primarily The Sutherland Hospital, Caringbah and various other District Locations.
